Honesty

“This” is what I like

“That” is what I am told I should like

“This” is what I feel

“That” is what I am asked to feel

And I roam about in a constant space

Between the “this” and the “that”

“This” says: “you are dishonest.”

“That” says: “you will be dishonest.”

I say: “Who are you to decide?

My honesty lies in the space I live.”
